The product is said to help you lose weight by doing exercises such as running, yoga, walking and cycling. It's made to support your core and make it strong causing your abdomen to be tightened. You can supposedly get great back support from this waist trimmer helping you with lumbar support and posture. It comes as one size and stretches around to fit most people. The trimmer is very light weight so this is a plus as well.

I put it on as soon as I received it. It fits well around my mid section and and holds on tight too. The strap it comes attached with holds the waist trimmer on tight. Before I strapped it on completely I put on saran wrap to sweat even more. The trimmer helps you shed water weight more than your fat weight, so don't expect to loose a whole lot of weigth just from wearing this waist trimmer. The times I wore it to the gym it helped me sweat to the extreme so I would say it does its job.

You can buy this product for about $14.98, on amazon which is real cheap so you won't have to spend much. In order for the waist trimmer to work to its best abilities then you have to workout with the waist trimmer. You can't just put it on and expect it to perform miracles and make yourself lose weight.

The waist trimmer isn't the same one you see on amazon. The pictures they show you are different from your actually item you receive. It is missing the Azsport logo on it and it looks as if it should be longer in length. This is kind of bad because you guys might think your getting a knock off. I would think so!

The food journal has been a good help for me in my recent start of my weight loss. The journal has many aspects that make it such a really good tool for tracking your weight loss.
