Natural Facial Sponge

For anyone into keeping your skin clear, clean and smooth, you might want to consider getting a facial sponge. I recently tried this facial sponge by the company The Regatta Group DBA. The sponge is claimed to be made form 100% Konjac potato with some bamboo charcoal extract. You can find it on amazon which is where I received mines from. By the way, I received mines for free in exchange for an honest review but the price for this sponge is very cheap so it  won't cost you much to buy one.

Before I begin on how to use the facial sponge and on how I use the facial sponge, let me tell you a little about my skin. My face is usually oily and greasy looking, which is the reason for my face being filled with blackheads. So you can see that facial routines are essential to me to have clean and glowing skin. Now I will tell you how to use the facial sponge.

The facial sponge is very easy to use and you don't have to use your daily facial cleanser with it if you don't want to. I prefer to use the sponge with my daily cleanser because I think it makes my skin cleaner. So I use sponge twice a day; once in the morning and once in the night. When you wash your face make sure you do it in a circular motion so that you can clean and exfoliate the skin evenly.

My routine starts with me wetting my face with luke warm water, then I apply my daily cleanser, next I put the sponge into the water and let the facial sponge absorb the water and lastly I scrub my face using the sponge for about 6 minutes or so. After the scrubbing of my face, I rinse it with some luke warm water and pat dry with a towel. After I have dried my face, I can say that it felt very nice and and smooth and most importantly it wasn't oily.

When you have finished using the facial sponge, you can rinse it off with some water and hang it up to dry. The sponge will shrink when it is completely dry so don't worry because you didn't mess it up or anything.

In all, I feel the Konjac facial sponge is a good buy due to the fact that it makes your smooth and clean feeling. If you want one you can buy it at your local beauty store or at amazon for about $10 at:
