Have any been dieting of any such recently? If your on any diet whether it be the Low fat diet, Paleo diet or Gluten free diet, then this product I recently tried for free in return for this review, might be a good addition to your plan. Today's product has a combo pack of three different flavors. The product is Paleo Protein & Energy Bars manufactured and made by the company Fe Fit.
The protein bars are said to be gluten free. They come in 3 different flavors being Coconut Pecan, Cashew Apricot and Cacao Nib Almond. The bars are packaged in a nice pink box and are small in size, but claimed to be big in size. The box contains 12 bars in total, having 4 of each flavor inside. Each of the 3 flavors have a variety of ingredients made within it and I will be listing them to let you know what's inside in case you have any allergies. By the way, the bars are also made with tree nuts and milk.

I have been working out for about 3 months, due to the fact that I need to lose weight for possible medical reasons. I run every morning after I get off of work (overnight shift) for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Before I run I eat a small breakfast or drink a protein shake I pre-made. I then head to the gym at least 3 times a week or more if I'm not busy. I workout at the gym for about 3 hours total. This is my regular routine weekly for the next 9 months. The protein paleo bars are a great addition to my routine and it seems to be helping me with energy mostly. I have noticed this in just the few days I have been using them.
Now I will tell you my opinion on the taste of the each of the bars. The Cacao Nib Almond is alright in flavor. It's more of a dull taste and nothing near sweet. The Coconut Pecan isn't my favorite because I simply hate coconut but the pecans in it is really good. It has a sweet taste to it because of the coconut. The best one in my opinion is the Cashew Apricot because the cashews inside of it has a nice creamy taste and the apricot makes it sweet in taste. It's not too dull in taste at all.
The three of the bars seem to be not the greatest in flavor but hey what health food is. The taste of the three are edible so it's not to bad because the most important thing is its job to give you energy not taste.
In my opinion, I would say so far that I am impressed with the paleo protein bars and would recommend them to anyone who takes protein bars as part of their diet routine. My only thing is the flavors of them isn't the greatest but that's my opinion. If you want to give them a try you can find them on amazon at :
