Today we will reviewing a new product called the Universal Periscope Spy Lens. I have received this product for free in return for this review. The lens is made and sold by the company Lucky Star 14 LLC.
The product is very lightweight and tiny in size. The lens is made of aluminum and consist of a mirror and glass for top quality photos when using it. The product claims that you can capture in any angle with the lens attached to your phone. You can also peek around corners if you want to do some spying of your own.
The first time I used this lens I had a hard time attaching it, but this was my own fault as I didn't pay attention to the direction, where it said to remove the adhesive from the circular attachment before I tried to attach the lens. Just to let you know as well, you might have to remove your phone case in order for you to use the lens but not to attach the adhesive circular attachment. This is the only thing I don't like.
So now that I have followed the directions and removed the adhesive from the circular attachment I am able to start using the lens. I can say I actually like this little lens because like it says you can see I any direction without moving your phone in the direction you want to look towards. This lens rotates in 360 degrees and you look in any direction except for forward.
I was able to take shots of things that were above me without looking up and aiming up at the object. I could take pictures of objects sitting to the left and right of me; again without moving an inch to the left nor the right to angle the phone at these objects. I went out to a restaurant and like most of you, I took a food selfie as some call it. If you don't know what this is, it's just a photo of your food you order at a restaurant. When I took the picture I didn't need to angle my phone just twist the lens turning down and snap. I was done and came out with a beautiful picture.
I recommend this product to anyone who wants to do a little spying, take pictures from different angles or are just into photography. You can purchase it on amazon at:
