Midori Spring Matcha Organic Green Tea Powder

Today we have a product called Midori Spring Matcha Organic Ceremonial Green Tea Powder. It is made in Japan but distributed by a company called Life Food Inc. The product is a green powder in a little tin can. When you open the can you see green smoke come out but you also get an aroma that to me smells similar to cocoa. I received this Matcha green tea for free in return for this review by me. The Midori Spring Ceremonial Matcha is suppose to be gluten-free, GMO free and doesn't contain pesticides, soy or any kind of wheat. It is also supoose to alledgedly have many benefits ranging from increased energy, reduced stress, improved mental alertness, improved meatbolism, help with weight loss, boost immune system, reduce infammation and cleanse the body.

Directions:
So I will be telling you first how to make or use the Matcha organic green tea. The traditional way is to use a bamboo whisk and tea bowl but since I don't have one I will be using a cup and regular whisk. First, heat filtered or spring bottled water in a cup. Then heat up a separate cup by itself. Place the heated water into the heated empty cup. Next, place about 1 teaspoon of the Matcha and place into the water. You can use if you like this is just how I made mines. Add 5 oz more of the heated water to the mixture and use the whisk to mix it. It should look like foam on the top.

After I made the tea I drank it straight; no sips at all. I must say that I actually really like the taste of the Matcha green tea and it has a taste like nothing I ever drank.
