Go Pro Weight Loss Shakes

Today I will be reviewing the Go Pro Weight loss shakes in the flavor of the cookies and cream. The shakes are super easy to make where all you have to do is mix a 1/4 cup of the shake powder, 6 to 8 ounces of a milk of your choice and 1/2 cup of ice. You can use a blender or a blender cup to mix it.

It only took me a few minutes to mix all of the item sin my blender bottle and even in my blender when I had time to mix it in the house. The mixture is nice and smooth and doesn't taste too thick like some other shakes that are for weight loss or otherwise for some sort of weight issues.

I like that the shakes have a lot of benefits to them. Some of the benefits are that they have 120 calories, muscle strengthening protein, energizing carbs, healthy fat fiber and omega 3. It has no caffeine nor any high fructose corn syrup which is another good thing especially for those who have health issues.

The taste of the cookies and cream was a little strong for me but overall it was tasteful and doesn't leave any after taste in your mouth when you are done with it and have had nothing in your stomach for hours like some other drinks I had.

Crystal bracelet

The product we will be discussing today is the Crystal Bracelet made by the company Crystal . The bracelet is for women and has a lot of crystal on it. It runs 18 cm or 7 inches long. The bracelet has a gold plated color with a metal finishing on it. I have worn the bracelet a few times while going out with the girls and on a casual day as well. It fits very well on my wrist, not being too small nor too large. The fit is basically perfect as you will see in the end of this review. The feeling of the bracelet is nice where you don't have any scratches left on your skin from it. The clip on hook lock mechanism keeps your bracelet from falling off your wrist even if your dancing. First off I want to say that I love to cook in my house and enjoy using tools that make it more easier and faster. So today I am going to be reviewing the Premium 7 Piece Kitchen Gadget Utensil Tool Set made by the company Vintage Kitchen .
