I have tried it out and I have to safe that using my barbell is much better because you don't have to worry about your neck and shoulder muscles hurting you if you use weights on your barbell. I know from experience that using weights on your barbell is very benficial but boy does it take your body into some extra soreness if you know what I mean. The material is really nice and firm leaving it kind of soft and not hard like other pads. The product is the Aquagenix Razor 15" Arch Extension made by the company Aquagenix. The extension connects without using any tools and can be used with standard showerhead or any rainfall showerhead. It was very easy to install on my regular showerhead as well as my rainfall showerhead. I only had to untwist the nut wing and twist it back on when I connected it. You will be able to use it with little or no knowledge of putting up a showerhead. I like the fact that it was super easy to use because my mom isn't good with installing things so she was very happy she could change her showerhead by herself. The extension is a good tool to buy because it gives you that extra reach to have your shower head reach more of your body when bathing.
