Keep That Barbel Safe

The product we will be discussing today is the Custom Barbell Sqaut Pad & Shoulder Sponge Protection. It is made by the company CoreNetics Fitness.

I have tried it out and I have to safe that using my barbell is much better because you don't have to worry about your neck and shoulder muscles hurting you if you use weights on your barbell. I know from experience that using weights on your barbell is very benficial but boy does it take your body into some extra soreness if you know what I mean. The material is really nice and firm leaving it kind of soft and not hard like other pads. The other thing I like is that when you buy this you end up wth many helpful tools such as charts and nutrition guides to help with your goal of whether losing weight or building muscle or whatever you are trying to do. I have used the barbell pad when I do my squats which I am trying to do better with and build my body up. The charts help me keep track of my progress each day of the week.

I would recommend this product because it keeps your body feeling less stressed and sore. It works with almost any barbell that I've seen so far so thats a good thing.

The Ultimate 4 Digit Combination Padlock Set is made by the company HT . This set comes with two locks. You can set your own combination with these locks which make it your own. It can be used almost anywhere that your can think of such as the house, office, school, gym, playing sports, suitcase, briefcase, cabinet and storage locker. MySmile Teeth Whitening System

So I will be trying out the teeth whitening systems known as MySmile and letting you know my thoughts on it. You start by brushing your teeth as you regularly would and rinse your mouth. Next you want to attach the mouth trays to the led light. Then connect the needles to the syringes. Use the syringes to apply the gel to the mouth trays, both bottom and top. Now place the mouth piece in to your mouth on to your teeth and wait for 10 minutes and then you remove. Simple right? The product we will be discussing today is the Aromatherapy Diffuser Cool Mist Humidifier mady by the company Uvistar . This is an ultrasonic essential oil diffuser. It holds up to 300 ML of liquid. The diffuser has 4 timer settings which are 1, 4, and 6 hours and a switch that will keep it on for 10 hours. There is a LED light that changes 7 colors. It has a glass cover which is very thick. The adapter for the diffuser is reaches up to 170 cm. The air mist can reach up to 269 sq. ft around any room.
