We often have many cable chargers around the house or buy extra ones to keep in case any of the other chargers get messd up. We tend to get or put a short somehow in our charger cables, keeping us with a dead phone. I have had this issue of messing up my charger cable and now I think I found a solution. I was given the opportunity to try out a ligtning cord for free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
The product is the Braided Lightning to USB Cable for iPhone made by the company Blue Magnus. It is Apple mFi certified and comes in three colors which are silver, gold and black. It is compatible with the iPhone 5, 5C, 6 , 6 Pus, iPad 4, Air, Mini 1,2 and the iPod touch 5th generation. It claims to have been tested at being bent 5000+ times and still work. The cable is made of aluminum housing and braided.
I have to say that this has impressed me to above and beyond. This lightning cable has worked wonders for me and even worked better than my Apple lightning cable. When I went to charge my iPhone 6 plus it was on 32%. I charged it for approximately 15 minutes or so and my the battery percent went up to 82%. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I swear I thought I saw the wrong numbers but nope those were thet right numbers alright. I don't think I ever used a different lightning cable that charged this fast. I mean I have used quite a few and some have come close to charging this fast but none has yet to beat it. I have to say this product will be getting a five thimbs up rating from me. When it was done charging I used it for about 3 hours and I still had a little more than half of the battery left. I tried bending it in my bag and in my pocket, just stuffing it and it didn't get a short or anything.
I would definitely recommend this cable to anyone who has an iPhone of any such and uses the mini Apple lightning charger. I say this because it has charged my iPhone 6 Plus faster than the actual Apple lightning charger cable. This also only costs $10.99 which is way cheap and works excellent for a second charger.
