Now a days many people are trying to find that perfect diet for them to lose or gain weight in the healthiest way possible. We see people try anything from diet, gyms dietary supplements and even go to the route of surgery. I have tried some but now I was given the opportunity to try out a new diet fo free in exchange for an honest and unbiased.
The e-book is called PURE 5:2 Transformation in 21 Days made by the authors Robyn & Geoff Randolph. The book goes in detail, ways to transform your body and health over 21 days. Each chapter details different information about how to change your habit of eating to transform your new body.
Chapter 1 goes over the introduction about the company, thier goals for you and themselves and what the word PURE stands for. They also introduce a term called food revival and what it is.
Chapter 2 goes over what are PURE food and why they are important. It makes you uderstand why eating unprocessed whole foods is important. Details are given about how to cook and eat properly to achieve your transformation. The term RAW cuisine is introduced and explained in detail.
Chapter 3 goes on to explain how to stay healthy when gaining or losing weight. The key details are the topics about consuming sugars, grains, low fat foods and low carb foods. Introduced are the terms metabolic cycling and it is very important to know what it is. The other topics explained is the term obesogens and it goes over what is a healthy lifestyle and how it is maintained.
Chapter 4 goes what it is to eat PURE for days straight and how to properly fast. This chapter is VERY important.
Chapter 5 is the best chapter of all. It's full of food, food and more food. Here you can find some recipes for major nutrients such as breakfast, vitamins/minerals, waters, teas, juices, broths, soups, salad dressing, sauces/condiments, salads, bites, Raw Dinner, cooked dinner and everyone's favorite thing, treats.
Chapter 6 just goes over the necessary tools for cooking and eating PURE.
When I finally got throught the entire book which took me some time because I am very serious about changing my eating habits I was very pleasd with mostly all of the content. Some of the recipes are really good for being raw foods while others didn't favor me too much and I didn't like the tastes. This e-book is a great guide if you want to start being more healthy and fit. I will be telling you a little about the recipes I liked. Oh and by the way since I have tried the recipes in this book I have lost a total of 11 pounds in the past few weeks. The harest part for me in this transformation is the fasting. I hated it but went through it anyway.
The recipes that were my favorite that I actually tried and liked were the following for each category of food:

TREATS: Banana Fingers, Cashew Whipped Cream, Banana Walnut Fudge Brownies
SAUCES/CONDIMENTS: Macadamia Mayonaise, Raw Marinara Sauce, Spicy BBq Ketchup
I would recommend this book for those who want to try out somewhat of a paleo type diet where all food you consume is raw in its form and not processed in any such.
