Light it Up

We all hate getting up to turn on the light just to look for one little thing. Then struggling to go back to sleep while others don't mind this. Then you have some people or even their children who are afraid to walk in the hallway to go to the bathroom. Having a light put up anywhere in the house that is us ually pitch dark at night is something that can help. I was given the opportunity to review light for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. All words are my own.

The product is the Motion Sensor Night Light made by the company Aennon. It is silver in color and round. You can place or attach this light anywhere whether it be in the kitchen, bedroom, stairs, hallway and even the closets. No matter where you put it, it will hang. It comes with 10 bright LED lights. Hands-free is what you will be getting because it has auto-light turned on by movement. It has built-in motion and light sensor. Once it has been on for 30 seconds without any movement then it will shut off automatically. The light has a 360 rotation swivel head allowing you to have light in any direction you would like to see in the dark. You can turn it left, right, up down and even to see corners. You stick it anywhere using either the adhesive tape or the screws it comes with. When you are ready to use it just buy 3 AAA batteries which aren't included.

I applied this to my bedroom wall near my study desk using just the adhesive tape. It is one of the best lights I have ever used because since I work at night I often turn on the light to find my clothes for work. This is at times a issue because I often wake up my boyfriend doing this, disturbing this sleep. This motion sensor light is a great idea for those who have children at home because children are more likely to be afraid of the dark. Having this light makes it easier for them because they don't need to try to run in the dark to the bathroom and cut on the light or even be too scared to go to the bathroom in the dark and end up urinating go themselves instead. I have also put the light in the hallway too for my little brother and it has helped him go to the bathroom without waking someone up. Since the light automatically turns on when someone reaches near, it has helped with having to turn on the light and with my brother being afraid to go to the bathroom. Now he just goes by himself because the light comes on when he opens the door. You don't have to turn it off when if you don't want the light to keep coming on every time you make a move. You can just turn it to face a wall so it doesn't cut on and turn it back around when you want it to be moving again.

I recommend it 100% because unlike many other lights that only goes up and down this one is unique allowing for sight in any direction you want. It's great for any part of your house and comes in handy instead of wating more light on your electricity bill. I shines enough light to see almost everything in the room.

Tracking My Food Everyday

The food journal has been a good help for me in my recent start of my weight loss. The journal has many aspects that make it such a really good tool for tracking your weight loss. The journal goes for 12 weeks which is equivalent to 3 months of tracking your weight goals. It begins by you planning and setting your goals. You have the starting weight and your goal weight to write down along with your target goals for each day.  I love how it has all the page length to write down each day’s goals, meals, exercise and much more. You can write down your meal plans for the week in the journal allowing you to keep ahead of the day. The journal also has your meal plans for the day, allowing you to track what you had for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. It has an area for the exercise you do for the day too. When writing your daily in-take you have the carbs, protein, calories and fat to write in. One of the things I like is the rating at the bottom of the page in whether you m...
