Many of us have tried some sort of supplement to help aide with the weight loss that we are trying to accomplish. We have tried many drinks, pills and diets along the way. On the other hand some of us want to gain the weight, but mostly in muscle. For those want to gain the weight then you might want to consider using whey protein to help with building your muscles. I have been given the opportunity to try out some whey protein powder for free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
The product is the Reach Whey Protein Shake Powder made by the company Advanced Nutrition by Zahler. It is sold by the company Apex Nutrition. The powder is suppose to help build and repair muscle. All the 9 amino acids that are essential for our body are packed in this whey protein powder. You can use this powder as a meal replacement. The powder has 25 grams of protein so it is packed with enough protein for the day. The flavor that I have is vanilla. It is mixed Stevia sweetener to give it it's great flavor. The size of the container in which the whey protein powder is in weighs about 1.1 pound.
I made my first protein shake without using a blender of any such. I just added 8 ounces of milk in my milk shake bottle with one scoop of powder. I then shook it up for about a minute or two and used a spoon also to make sure there were no powder lumps inside. After it was done I tasted it. The milk shake was very thick and had a lot of foam and you have to let it sit for a few minutes so you won't be drinking foam only. The taste is great and is good for those who are diabetic because it isn't too sweet since the powder had Stevia mixed in it. It has just enough sugar if you ask me. The second time I made a milk shake using the powder I used a blender and it came out beautiful. I like it better using a blender but if you don't have time for using the blender you can definitely just shake it up.
I would recommend this whey protein because it tastes great and it is very easy to make even if you don't have a blender. The whey protein powder only coats you $33.77 which is a reasonable price compared to others.
