I love to cook. Many people cook at least 3 or 4 times a day for themselves or their family. You might often find yourself taking what seems like forever to cut, grate or chop up those vegetables fruits, nuts or anything else need for your meal. So if any of you chefs need a tool to help you move things along faster in your kitchen I have a valuable tool you might want to be interested in. I have been given the opportunity to try out a product for free in exchage for this honest and unbiased review.
The product is the Kuuk Drum Grater and is made and sold by the company Kuuk. This grater is fast and easy to use. You can grate a variety of foods and treats with this grater in a matter of minutes or even less at times. Some of the food products that you can grate are chocolate for pies, cakes or as treat, onions for sauteed food, potatoes for hash browns, cheese for macaroni or whatever you like, nuts and vegetables for salads. When you are ready to use the grater all you have to do is use a hand crank and the grating begins. It comes equipped with two different sized rotary blades that are made of stainless steel and are razor sharp for the best quality cutting. In order for your grater to stay put while you grate using the hand crank it comes with a suction cup on the bottom of the grater and locks in place.
My experience using this grater was awesome let me just say. I love the way it grates all the food I needed grated. It came very useful when I was making pasta and salads. When you use this grater for the first time it is very easy. First you should use the suction cup piece at the bottom to hold it and make sure it is secure before using so you have any unwanted messes. Once the bottom is securely tight against whatever surface you are using then you are good to go to start your preparation.
Now that you have the tool secure you may start by inserting the bigger rotary blade or the smaller one depends on what you are grating or shredding. I used the bigger one the first time to make hash browns. The rotary blades are a little hard to put on and it took me quite some time before I finally got it connected. It easier to push it hard whe putting it on but not too hard that will break it because we don't want that. After you hopefully and successfully attached the rotary blades, you can begin to use it.
Now you can the first vegetable or whatever you are using into the grater. Stick it in the top and cover if you can and using the crank you start to turn and you will see the potato start to come out all shredded. But if you don't then you might now have the rotary attached properly or aren't putting it in right. It took me about 3 potatoes to make my hash browns because I have kind of a big family but when alone I use just 1. If you wanna make more things such as chcolate or cheese it the same, you just need to know what size rotary blade to use or what size you need it be.
I would definitely recommned this product to anyone who cooks or bakes. It is a necessity to have in your kitchen and makes your preparation much faster. I use it at least 8 or 9 times a week and itmakes my preparation time cut in half since I use a lot of food that are grated since im on a new diet and cutting down on my intake.
