If you are person who has ever been in an accident or even worked out much you know the feeling of having sore muscles or joint pain. We often try anything to relieve this pain, but most either don't work or work but for so long. Well I have been able to try out this product for free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review that claims to help with pain relief. I will be trying it out a few times before I give you a full review.
The product is the OxyRub Pain Relief made by the company Healthy Directions. This cream is suppose to help with relief of any pain in your body whether it be muscle aches or even a backache. When you are ready to get relief of pain all you have to do is a quick rub and the cream goes to work. According to the company it has no messy, greasy feeling to it and doesn't have a medicinal stench to it either. You are not suppose to have any side effects when using this pain relief cream along with any burning nor irritation. The package that it comes in is a 4oz. plastic tube.
I worked out for the past three days and my thighs and stomach are killing me. My thighs are hurting me the most, making it hard for me to walk fully and so I decided that since I have this cream this would be the perfect time to give it a try. Ok so I squeezed a bit onto my hand and starting rubbing it into my thighs, each one at a time obviously. My left thigh hurts on a scale of 9 I would say and my right thigh hurts about a 6 or so. So I tied using a personal hand massager first to help ease the pain. This nearly killed me and it hurt so bad to try to make it better as those of you who work out must know that when you haven't worked out in a while you end up in pain two days later.
So now I tried the massager and I put on the cream and rubbed it in. This was more harder than using the massager. I still finished rubbing it even though it was hurting me so bad. After rubbing on the left leg I did the right one. I waited for about 15 minutes and I didn't feel much of a difference. I'm not sure if it was because of the pain I had after the massager so I will try using it again in two days.
Now we are here two days later. My leg still hurts just not as bad so I am rubbing once again the pain relief cream on my left thigh only this time. Ok so now it's actually 4 days later and I am trying the cream again. I haven't felt any difference in the pain in my leg again, it still hurts the same as it did before I used the cream. So with this experience twice I would have to say I don't recommend it but you may try it if you want because maybe the pain was too much and it only relieves minor pain. You should try it and see if it works for you.
