As women we love to keep up with our appearances and go through all measures to make sure we look healthy and young. My experience with the derma roller is a pretty good one I must say. I used it about four times a week I would have to say. Before I used it I cleaned it with some alcohol as I do anything I use on my skin. Just to tell you, I think you should always sanitized a tool before you use it.

So I started my routine by washing my face with my prescribed face wash from my dermatologist. I then begin to use the derma roller, after it has been sanitized. I apply any treatment I am using that was prescribed to me for my face. I use the derma roller and roll it back and forth about 5 or 6 times, pressing not too hard on my face since it's needles. I usually roll it up, down, left and right across my treated area. After this, I rinse my face off again and apply my face moisturizer.

Using this routine with the added derma roller, I noticed a big difference in my skin. I can 100% say that this product does as it says. I noticed my skin to me tighter looking and even my tone is better. These are the two main differences in my face that I noticed. For right now, I have only used it on my face but now that I see a difference in such a short time I excited about trying out my skin on my arms and thighs where I have stretch marks and cellulite to see if it makes a difference in these areas. I will update you guys when I finish trying it out on these areas of my skin.

The food journal has been a good help for me in my recent start of my weight loss. The journal has many aspects that make it such a really good tool for tracking your weight loss.
