So we have yet another awesome product to take a good look into. We have a product I think most people will find to be of great use and a necessity in their homes. The product is the Touch Total Body Bath Scale sold by the company Ozeri. This scale is touch screen and gives you your body weight, fat, muscle, water and bone measurements. This can hold up to 8 user profiles. With each measurement it will show the ratio and range using a percentage. The age range goes from 10 years to 80 years old. Heights range from 3 feet 3.5 inches to 7 feet 2.5 inches. The maximum weight it can hold is 440 pounds. There are two settings. The second setting is the Tarre and it is used to weigh anything from a infant, pet or luggage. It will let you know when the scale battery is running low.
The scale gives a bunch of information that most scales don't even compare to give you. When you want to buy a scale you want all the information about your weight and where you are on your goals of either weight gain or weight loss.
So let's get this review started. Let me start by telling you that since about November 2015 I made a choice to lose weight this coming year. So you can see that this scale is going to help me with my goal this year. Alright so I have unboxed this beauty and let me say it actually is a beauty. I have the black glass one and it couldn't look more elegant and luxurous. The scale feels very nice and is very sturdy. I read the manual it comes with first before I used it because as I have said before it has two settings to use. I used the regular setting first to take my weight because I am trying to lose weight. So I made my profile using my age, height, gender and current weight. This is essential information that is to help you know where you need to be in order to feel and be healthy. When I got on it I had no socks on and had it on the bathroom floor. Just to let you know, you have to make sure you are bare foot and on a hard, flat surface with no carpet or any such uneven levels on the floor or you won't get accurate results. When I turned on my profile and got off the scale then it showed me my body fat, body water, muscle and my bone measurements. According to the scale I am overweight and know what my weight needs to be for someone my age and height. I know this because in the manual they have a chart on the healthy measurements. I have done a small demonstration below and have posted the link on how to set up and start using the scale.
Using the tarre setting I weighed my cat. At first it was a little tricky to use but if you read the manual on this setting you will get it very easily. I weighed my 3 year old female who is kind of fat by the way. All you have to do is place yourself and the pet on the scale then get off and do it again without you on the scale. By doing this it will calculate the difference and show you the weight of the cat or whatever you want to weigh. This setting only allows for weights of 4 pounds to 99 pounds.
I would 100 percent recommnd this scale because it calculates many things such as body fat, body water and many other things. You will be very knowledgeable about your weight and how far you are from your goal. This is an essential tool for your weight goals.
