The product is the Pilates Ring by the company Go Sport-It Fitness. It comes in a few colors such as black, grey and purple. The ring has foam padded handles. It is a 14 inch ring which is very lightweight when being held. It's intention is to workout your entire body helping you with your shoulders, chest, core, back, butt, thighs, hips and arms. This pilates ring is suppose to have a number of positive features that come along with it. Some are health benefits which will be listed below.

I have tried it out and I wasn't sure how to use it so I looked up some youtube videos and saw some workouts. Now that I know how to properly use it I can't stop using it everyday. It has made a difference in the strength my muscle are forming with the workouts using the pilate ring. The pilates ring doesn't have to be used only for doing pilates. I use it with my DVD workouts I have which have workouts ranging from your core, total body, legs and even buttocks. I love using it when I am working out my butt, legs and my abs. For me it makes the exercise more intense a little I would say. Using a pilates ring you can change up the routine of exercises you are used to or that you have just started practices like I have. To use it all you have to do do is simply place it between your legs and press a little bit to keep it in place then do the exercise of your choice.
I would recommend this because it has made my exercises more better and a little bit harder but it builds you faster I can say. I have lost a total of 2 pounds so that helps me.
