Today's product we will be discussing is the Top Mates. It's a australian company who makes and ships their products from there. You can use this for meat, seafood and vegetables. They have many flavors to choose from and all have a small list of ingredients that are good and healthy too.

The Flavors are:
Apple & Mint
Savory Cherry
Smoked Tomato
Savory Pineapple
Chipotle & Onion
Caramelized Garlic
Onion & Shiraz

I have tried out two flavors of theirs and let me tell you I was a little nervous at first and was later surprised to try them out. They were very delicious on all the things I tried them on. I first tried out the Caramelized Garlic on some chicken breast I made with shelled macaroni and cheese. Something just to eat for lunch. I was in heaven eating this let me tell you. I can't explain how much flavor was in just using a small anount of the Top Mates on my chicken breast. You can use this after you are done cooking as a topping if you like or with your food while you are cooking it.

The second flavor I tried is the Chipotle & Onion and I made it with a nice skirt steak, rice and vegetables. I can't tell you which one I liked more because it is very hard for me to choose.

I recommend these flavored jars 100 percent and to anyone who can cook because you will not be disappointed at all. You might become hooked though, just to give a heads up. I'm excited to try out the other flavors.

Movie Theater at Home Y'all

The theater im gonna be visiting for now on is the one right in my house. I'm glad I got to try out the Pravette Mini Projector. It brings the movie theater to your house. You can use it to watch movies from a number of devices whether it be your laptop, phone, amazon stick, roku stick or even things you have a saved on a tf card. Its super easy to set up and use that it will literally take you less than 10 minutes and your done.  So this mini projector can be used anywhere in your house as long as you have somewhere to put it. Tracking My Food Everyday

The food journal has been a good help for me in my recent start of my weight loss. The journal has many aspects that make it such a really good tool for tracking your weight loss. The journal goes for 12 weeks which is equivalent to 3 months of tracking your weight goals. It begins by you planning and setting your goals.
