We all want to look good and it's hard work we all can't seem to find time for sometimes. But there is a solution, just work out at home when you have a chance and you will be starting towards your goal. I may have one thing that may help you with starting your goal too.
The product I have in store for you today has helped me a good deal. It is the Exercise Resistance Loop Bands made by the company LimmGroup. There are five strap bands that come in different colors. Each strap has a different strength allowing you to increase the intensity. The bands are great for improving muscle tone in your arms, legs, back and buttocks. These band loops are very flexible, lightweight and durable. The bands are 12 inches long and the colros are black, red, blue, green and yellow. The bands can be used fora variety of things such as stretching, physical therapy, crossfit and home workouts.
I have tried out these bands and I must say that these bands have helped me a lot in building muscle. The bands have 5 colors to choose from but you don't just choose one because they are based on strength. The beginners start at the yellow band if you are in training or therapy or elderly. The most strongest resistance is the black band which is for more advanced people who work out already. I started by using green band because it is also for beginners who just started training.
I began trying out the bands when I decided to lose weight and build muscle in my legs and arms mostly. When I started it was fairly easy and as I went on to using the bands with harder resistance then that's when the real workout began. My legs were so sore around the time I started using the Blue band because I haven't been working out in a long time. On the box the bands come in they have some instructions on using the bands for working out. I followed the instructions while also adding my own. You are instructed to check your bands before using them, then start by doing 8-12 reps at a time for the band your using.
If you like and can take the strength you can use two bands at a time. I was able to get many of the exercises they show you on the booklet it comes with. I have since strengthen my back, arms and legs. Believe me when I say it won't be as easy as it looks and if you are serious about working out you will defintely see results with these bands as well as workingout regularly.
I would recommend the bands because they give you extra intensity when you workout your muscles. They have different intensity resistances for each of the bands where you can challenge yourself and grow stronger.
