Let me first tell you that I am one who loves and I'm obsessed with my skin. For me it defines my youth. Taking care of your skin is very important, not only for looks but for your health a well. Skin routines are important for me and are a daily job. So I have tried out the exfolimater on my face and my legs so far and I have to tell you that so far and it's been abut 9 days since I have been using them that I noticed that my skin somewhat smoother on my legs. I have used it every other day on my legs and only on my face twice so I think this is why I am seeing more of a change to my legs. They have many flavors to choose from and all have a small list of ingredients that are good and healthy too.
