Let me first tell you that I am one who loves and I'm obsessed with my skin. For me it defines my youth. Taking care of your skin is very important, not only for looks but for your health a well. Skin routines are important for me and are a daily job.

So I have tried out the exfolimater on my face and my legs so far and I have to tell you that so far and it's been abut 9 days since I have been using them that I noticed that my skin somewhat smoother on my legs. I have used it every other day on my legs and only on my face twice so I think this is why I am seeing more of a change to my legs. I will start using the exfolimater on my legs everyday from now on and will give you an update to how much better my skin is versus using it every other day.

When you use it, it's very simple and easy let me just tell you. You follow your daily cleansing routine in the shower and you are now adding the exfolimater. when I shower I hold it at a 90 degree angle as told and I use it up and down.

The theater im gonna be visiting for now on is the one right in my house. I'm glad I got to try out the Pravette Mini Projector. It brings the movie theater to your house. You can use it to watch movies from a number of devices whether it be your laptop, phone, amazon stick, roku stick or even things you have a saved on a tf card. Its super easy to set up and use that it will literally take you less than 10 minutes and your done. So this mini projector can be used anywhere in your house as long as you have somewhere to put it. Tracking My Food Everyday

The food journal has been a good help for me in my recent start of my weight loss. The journal has many aspects that make it such a really good tool for tracking your weight loss. The journal goes for 12 weeks which is equivalent to 3 months of tracking your weight goals. It begins by you planning and setting your goals. You have the starting weight and your goal weight to write down along with your target goals for each day. I love how it has all the page length to write down each day’s goals, meals, exercise and much more. You can write down your meal plans for the week in the journal allowing you to keep ahead of the day.
