Today we all have some type of weight issue whether it be to lose or gain weight. Being healthy has become the new trend and it is a important one. We try our best to be fit and live a healthy life and make good choices. Being fit does great not only for the body but the mind and soul as well. We are our greatest when we feel fit and healthy. I think I may have come across a product to help maintain that healthy lifestyle.
The product we will be reviewing today is the Professional Sports Fitness Eco-Friendly TPE Yoga Mat Pilates Mat made by the company Simplore. It comes in five colors which are rose, blue, green, orange and purple. This mat is odor-free and non toxic. The material it is made of is the 100% TPE, rubber and latex. The dimensions of this product is 72 inches long and 24 inches in width with a 6mm thickness. It is recyclable too.
When you first go to use it you should rinse it off with water and then dry it a soft cloth. I have to say this is the best yoga mat I have used so far. I have used four other mats that I bought from stores and this one not only feels very nice, but is very long too. Many other yoga mats are smaller in length and make it hard for people who are tall to fit on the entire mat. This has become a blessing for those who are very tall and perform yoga, pilates or any other activities that require a mat. The first time I used it I had put down some weights on the ends of one side because, it kept rolling back up as it was when you first receive it. This was a little annoying but I figured how to get it to stay and after about 3 or 4 uses it stayed in place. I used this mat with my little brother on it as well when we were exercising together so we were laying down doing sit-ups. Well I was mainly, he was trying to. The other thing I like about this mat is that you can use it not only for yoga but for hot yoga, pilates, exercise and just for leisure.
I would 100% recommend this for anyone who does any exercise and needs a mat that is long enough. It feels awesome and comes in many colors. It doesn't stink like some other mats.
