About to Have a New Body

I have been trying to lose weight for some time and many things have not worked. So now I came across the Skinny Jane Skinny Blend weight loss shake. I tried the strawberry flavor and I have to begin by saying the flavor is pretty good. The flavor of the strawberry is good I say because I’m not a big fan of super sweet things and I like my things to be a little bit sweet. The shake is really smooth and not so thick like some others I have tried before. The shake feels super light and hasn’t had any bad side effects on me so far so that is good. It sits well in my stomach and satisfied me when I drank it with the 6 ounce of milk. I didn’t have to eat for about 4 hours and then I started to get a little hungry.

All you have to do to make the shake is pour 6 to 8 ounces of milk of your choice, ½ cup of ice and 1 scoop of the powder. You don’t have to use a mixer/blender if you don’t have one you can just mix it with a spoon as well.

It is supposed to have many benefits such as work as a meal replacement, weight control, increase energy and help with speeding your weight loss. I think these things will help anyone who is looking to lose or maintain their weight.

I will weigh myself in about a month and update you guys on how it has affected me and if I lost any weight.

So I got this ring which I happen to love. It fits perfectly on my ring finger and it is also my birthstone color. The ring is very elegant looking and a nice engagement ring.
