HSI Glider Flat Iron


I will be reviewing the HSI Glider Flat Iron today and let me tell you I like it. I like that it heats up very fast which is within a few seconds at 140 degrees Fahrenheit at its lowest. I like that it came with an organ oil heat protectant spray, which you can buy separately and their leave in treatment. The handle on the flat iron doesn't heat up too much but you get a glove to protect your hand while using it. I timed how long it took to heat up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit and it took exactly 47 seconds which was extremely fast for me.

 I find that this flat iron is pretty good on my hair since I'm natural and it doesn't burn my hair since I have the heat protectant spray. When I first tried out the flat iron it as t straighten out my hair for a wedding and my hair would be considered about medium length so what would usually take me about an hour and a half to blow dry, took me only about 45 minutes to straighten my entire head. Usually when I straighten my hair I hear the sizzle sound and then my hair starts smelling burned. This is one of the reasons for me only blow drying it and I have used other heat protectants and nothing was good.  When I used this heat protectant spray I didn't  smell the burning smell on my hair which I was actually surprised, I'm not sure if its because it has argan oil or maybe I used a lot of the spray but I think I will be going back to using flat irons again now because of my experience with this one.
